Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book?
Just send us an email with your wedding date and we will reach out via email with availability. From there we will answer questions and gather the information needed to set up your appointment. After we discuss the details, we will send you a contract to review and we will hold the date during this time until the deposit due date. In order to reserve the date, a signed contract and deposit is required. Once we have received the signed contract and deposit, your date will be reserved.
How far in advance should I book?
We start booking weddings 12 months in advance of the actual wedding date.
When should I book my trial run?
Trials are optional and can be scheduled once the initial wedding booking is completed. This way we can ensure you will see the same stylist/artist for both your trial and wedding day.
How should my party be prepared on the wedding day?
Your whole party should come with a fresh, clean, moisturized face and completely dry hair. Your hair can be freshly washed or day-old dirty as long as it is completely dry. We do not blow dry.
Will I need touch ups?
Since we will not be with you throughout your entire event, you may consider a beauty emergency kit. This may include: hairspray, bobby pins, lip gloss or lip stick and a powder or blotting strip. It is unlikely that much will change as we use high quality, long-wearing makeup and hair products, but it never hurts.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We all take cash, check, credit cards or Venmo but please remember each stylist is individually paid. If you are bringing a check, you may need more than one if you have more than one stylist booked for your wedding.
Can I bring pictures of what I want?
Yes, please! Bring pictures, ideas and any decorative hair items. ie. veil, headpiece, combs, or flowers
